For small file-transfers, we suggest SCP (https://support.nesi.org.nz/hc/en-gb/articles/360000578455-Moving-files-to-and-from-the-cluster). For transfers involving any of the following: larger data volumes, long distances, automated file movement, sharing outside NeSI platforms, please use the National Data Transfer Platform (built on Globus).
