Project review timetables

While researchers may apply for a NeSI Project Allocation at any time, applications are assessed on the time frames indicated in Table 1.

There are four calls for submissions each year. Researchers may apply for an allocation at any time, with assessment and allocations made quarterly.

Proposal Development

N/A

We welcome applications for new projects at any time. Initial allocations for successful applications (which may be from the Proposal Development class, or from the researcher's institutional entitlement) will commence after we have completed our technical assessment and provisioning processes, normally taking one to two weeks.

Postgraduate

Initial allocations for successful applications (which may be from the Proposal Development class, or from the researcher's institutional entitlement) will commence after we have completed our technical assessment and provisioning processes, normally taking one to two weeks. Further allocations will normally be timed to commence at the same time as Merit and Postgraduate allocations, i.e. at one of our quarterly allocation periods.
